Yes. We cover all five NYC boroughs and the Northern New Jersey counties of Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic and Ocean, including seamless transfers across state lines.
We work with most major insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid for covered medical transport, and offer clear private-pay rates. Our billing team confirms coverage before your trip.
Wheelchair, or ambulette, transport is for seated, non-emergency riders. Stretcher vans carry patients who must stay lying down but are stable. BLS and ALS ambulances are staffed by EMTs or paramedics for patients who need monitoring or care en route.
